1.Do you have a real store in any country?

No. we only sell online.

2.Can I get some coupon?

3.What kind of payments do you accept?

4. Why can't I receive emails from Bohoddress.com?

Emails from sugerdress may be blocked from your mailbox, or you may find them in Spam. Also, please make sure you have registered with a correct email. 

5. Don’t know to choose which size?

Before choose your size, please refer to our size chart to make sure the size fit you. If you size is not suit for our size chart, then you can choose our free custom sizing service.

6. Is your product the same as the picture?

All of our products are the same as the photos. 

7. How is the quality of your products?

Our product quality is good relative to our rivals. All of our products are the same as the photos. Products are suitable for price-competitive, non-high-ended market.

8. When can I get my item?

All our items are made to order. Normally our dress processing time is about 10-15 days and the shipping time is about 3-5 days.It also depands on the dress style and handwork. Some dress is easy to make, so they take less time. But some are complicated, so take more time.  If you are hurry, you can choose our rush order. And you’d better contact our customer service (service@bohoddress.com)  to make sure time is enough for you to your item. We will take care every customer’s order.

9. How can I make a change on my order?

Just contact our customer service (service@bohoddress.com)  asap to see whether it can be corrected.

10. How do I return the item I got?

1) After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. 

If there is something wrong with our product,contact our customer service within 3 days of your order's delivery date.  Include your order number and an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. 

PS:We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged, and we have 3 days requirement. That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well made. 

And we do not have try on situation return. (We do not accept return that order three products to try one them and just need one, then want to return the other two products. We do not have try it on return. )

And we do not agree the return if you choose wrong color and size. But you can still contact us, we will try our best to help you fix this. 

2)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible.Also email us the shipping information:

aPhotos of the package you send back;

b) Tracking number;

PS:All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging and without any perfume.Or we can not refund. 

3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.

PS: As for the return shipping we, we do not pay for it. You should pay for it by yourself.
